Key qualities
The accuracy of measurements is ensured by transmitting the values of hardness from the State Standards of hardness of the Russian Federation directly to the portable hardness measure for metals, bypassing the intermediate links of the state spanning scheme.
Direct hardness measurement on the main hardness scales (Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers and Shore) is achieved by calibration only by reference hardness measures without the use of translated tables, which are "shielded" by other hardness programs increasing measurement error.
The ability to independently calibrate the hardness meter (within a few minutes), which allows you to restore the accuracy of the portable hardness reading at the possible wear of the mechanical parts of the sensor (spring, bow) during intensive operation.
The ease of data transmission and processing on the computer is achieved by connecting the hardness to the modern high-speed USB port and using exclusive software.
High degree of protection of aluminum, sealed, dust-moisture-proof, heat-resistant body of electronic unit.
3 years of warranty maintenance and subsequent technical support.
Ultrasonic, dynamic and combined solid state measures are designed for non-destructive testing of the solidity of products in workshop, laboratory and field conditions. The hardness measures reliably measure the hardness of metals and alloys on hardness scales:
- Main: Rockwell (HRC), Brinell (HB), Vickers (HV) and Shore (HSD);
- additional: Rockwell (HRB), Super-Rockwell (HRN and HRT), Leiba (HL) and others.
It is possible to measure the hardness of metals with significantly different properties from steel (aluminum, copper alloys, etc.) and to determine the tensile strength limit of articles of carbon steel of perlitic class.
Solid measures are registered in the state registers of approved types of measuring instruments of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan, as well as in branch registers of OJSC "RZD" and State Corporation "Rosatom".
Center "MET" has a license for the production of hardness meters.
Advantages over stationary hardness
Surface Metal Layer Working: High-load thanatonic solids "push" the surface layer subjected to fusion, sputtering, mechanical, thermal and other surface metal treatments.
Large-size products and hard-to-reach areas in products: for stationary hardnesses, this hardness control is not available due to technical and structural limitations.
On-site measurements of products: Portability allows to measure the hardness of products directly at the place of manufacture and operation of products in workshop, laboratory and field conditions.
8 hardness scales: Express hardness analysis on 8 different hardness scales (as opposed to 1-3 scales in stationary hardness measures).
High Performance: The time per measurement of a portable hardness meter is 5-10 times less than the stationary measurement time.
