Workshop on hardness testing and spectrometry in Yekaterinburg on July 10

On July 10, 2024, MET Center LLC visited Yekaterinburg at the invitation of our colleagues from RUSPROMCONTROL LLC to participate in a face-to-face seminar on non-destructive testing devices.

Nikolay Matveev, Head of the Sales Department, made a presentation on two topics:

• Theoretical foundations of measuring the hardness of materials;
• The use of combined, ultrasonic and dynamic hardness testers for control at the enterprise. Specialized solutions of MET CENTER LLC.

Also, a practical part was held within the framework of the seminar, where everyone could try to measure the hardness of their own samples in practice. The visitors were particularly interested in the new miniature MET-MINI hardness tester, which was released by our company this year. This model, as well as earlier ones, has passed all tests and is included in the state register of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation under the number 86618-22.
