Terms of payment and delivery

We work by cashless payment with legal entities.

To place an order, you must:

1.  Send an inquiry with company card to info@met-hardness.ru or order it on this website.
   

2. We’ll send you an offer.

3.  If you accept the offer, we’ll prepare a precontract and an invoice.

4. Finally, you check your company information and sign the contract.
   

After we have received 100% of the prepayment, we will start producing the order to meet the deadline specified in the contract.

When the order is ready, our manager will contact you to discuss delivery options.

Terms of delivery

• EXW from our office in Russia, Moscow, Zelenograd, passage 4922, h. 4, b. 4;

• CPT by EMS can be added to the terms of the contract and included in the price;

• Other delivery service on request.
